Anyway, so here I go:
I have got very different atmosphere at home, compared to others. May be it's because my mum's family are form India and Dad's family are from West Side of Pakistan. It's good to have versatile background. I was born in Khulna, Bangladesh in the year 1974(Aquarian).
I
attended Saint Joshef High School up to class five then went to Dhanmondi
Govt. High School where i studied for 5 amazing years. I got really involved
in Politics when I got entered into Science College and I regret those
days. I believe I gathered a lot of knowledge though some bad times. Honestly,
speaking I totally screwed up at the College level. May be in future if
I get chance I'll bring some changes to the corrupt system in my country.
At the end of it, i was not only College Graduate (again the modesty appears)
but also ready to go into the Real World. Seeing her son all grown up,
my mum decided to let me go to Thailand (Land of Smile; City of Angles;
A country, which has highest HIV rate) and so I set off for Assumption
University to complete my bachelor in BBA. I spent almost four and half
years in Bangkok, those were the days, I really buddy up a lot of people.
I always cherish my memories and find a great sense of joy. Hey Dudes!!!!
I met my dream girl in Bangkok as well........................
Then the time came when I was about to leave Bangkok and my good buddies there. But as proverb goes Time and Tide wait for none……..I had to leave Bangkok. Then started working. Eventually, I was so sick of working and realized that student life is the best time to be remembered. And once again, I made a major decision in my life to go for Master studies (IT) in Australia. Literally, speaking it was escape from the hustle-bustle of Bangladesh in search of new life and different experience.
I had a very different image of the Australia before I landed here. In
the
plane, I was dreaming of beaches, sunshine and babes. Australia, Wollongong,
turned out to be somewhat different. Wollogong seemed like a nice
place on the World Map, surrounded by the great lakes (naturally I
was to think giant lake = beaches = babes = funfunfun) , but in reality
it is QUITE different. This place is a bit solitary which is totally different
from my country. My
dreams of beaches and fun and all that Jazz vanished the first month I
was here,
and I knew why my mum has so readily agreed to send me to Australia!
Anyway, it took me some time to get over the cultural shock. By the first week I was sick and tired of the natural beauty. If you don't have friends around you nothing is charming. So, I decided to distract myself by visiting my old buddies in Campbel Town, those guys are studying at the Uni of Western Sydney. Since I started joining my classes and things had started rolling, everything changed so quickly. I had one great year in this beautiful city of Wollongong, a place where you can truly get Quality of life. I will miss Australia………….
My
first work experience was working in MBA faculty of ABAC as a T.A (Teacher's
Assistance). I worked there for three months and earned my first salary……....You
know what ~~ it felt great. Then I started working at Grameen CyberNet,
one of the leading ISP in Bangladesh. I had got to know quite a few people
who were a bit eccentric in their own especial way. I still remember
those launch break and eating in the Dinning hall aaaaaahhh!! and the food!
yyyyuuuccck), and we so many fun experineces :) I had quite a few Job experiences
after that, all amazingly interesting.
Lately, I have started working on my own. I am the country representative of University of Wollongong, Australia and Assumption University, Thailand in Bangladesh. I believe it's a nobel job to do.........c'oz I am helping those lost students at the crucil stage of their time for the further studies. My company slogan is...........
"Education is wastage of time
Unless you have purposes
Unless you have goals
Unless you are willing to achieve those goals"
